South West Coach Lines is pleased to offer a range of concession fares and for express coach travel tickets and require that customers wishing to claim concession fares:
- have the valid concession card in their possession at the time of booking;
- have the valid concession card in their possession at the time of travel
- be the named cardholder of the concession card; and
- be able to provide secondary identification if requested.
Child Concession

South West Coach Lines are unable to accept student identification from your educational institution as proof that you are a full-time secondary or tertiary student. To be able to claim a concession fare, you must present your Student or Tertiary SmartRider when purchasing a ticket and when you travel.

Senior Concession
Conveniently your Seniors SmartRider card is combined with your Western Australian Seniors card. It is double-sided, being a Seniors SmartRider on one side and a WA Seniors card on the other.

Vision Impaired Concession
People with a vision impairment in possession of a Travel Pass for Persons with a Vision Impairment are entitled to unlimited free journeys for them and an accompanying guide.

Companion Card Concession
South West Coach Lines is a proud affiliate of the National Companion Card Program which provides for a person with a significant disability who qualifies for a Companion card to have a carer accompany them for free.
The Companion card is issued by National Disability Services WA to people with a significant permanent disability who require attendant care support from a companion.
South West Coach Lines honours the Companion card system by allowing a companion or support person (of a Companion Card holder) to travel at no charge.
